Communal council

Next: Date pending. Window: 8 September 2026 to 8 March 2028. Checked 11 September 2026.

All seven parish councils: three complete official list-vote and seat vectors, 2015/2019/2023; 3 historical entries

Seven communal councils are the municipal tier. Ordinary elections are expected in late 2027, with the polling day awaiting a formal call. Consuls are chosen from elected councillors; no separate popular mayoral ballot is added. The complete 2015 and 2019 vectors were visually transcribed from official archive scans and reconciled; 2023 uses the official online return. Coalition labels change materially across cycles, so grouped Pedersen is withheld; eligible margin dispersion is reported as a proxy.

Historical screen

Competition: 61.93 / 100. Latest eligible gap: 4.93 pp. Weighted gap: 7.61 pp. Grouped Pedersen: Unavailable pp. Margin dispersion: 3.24 pp.

Not calculated: changing local alliances and party splits lack a verified common grouping; three-margin dispersion is a distinct proxy where contested cycles permit it

Polling and governing control

National DA-alliance headwind is context only. The local governing list is Enclar, Desperta Laurèdia or Consens, not an interchangeable national party. The national survey does not justify a parish government-change forecast.

Polling evidence

Sergi González Camacho is consul major; elected in the 2023 governing list ENCLAR As of 2026-09-09. Current officeholder evidence is paired with the 2023 elected governing list. Original seat allocation is a historical reference; later individual affiliation changes are not assumed absent.

Historical competition and aggregate share change are screening measures, not probabilities or observed individual voter switching. Missing data remain unscored.
