The 2025 consolidated Kiesregeling articles 10–11 give ressort and district councils five-year terms; ASV confirms the 25 May 2025 local election. Ordinary renewal is therefore beyond March 2028. Article 137(5) provides a new ressort election when an outgoing member is the only or last candidate on the list, while article 138 covers insufficient nominations. These exceptions require actual calls, not a blanket no-election assumption. This is an as-of-13-September-2026 screen; an unannounced future exception is a monitoring condition, not a missing historical result.
